ArtStart hosts a roster of artists (see the Artist Roster) all of whom are active producers of their own art, exhibiting and performing in the community.
ArtStart’s Careers in the Arts provides students the opportunity to learn first-hand the journey an artist takes to achieve their place in the arts community. Students view an artist’s body of work, learn about their artistic process, and watch them at work.
Students are encouraged to interact with the artist and at the conclusion of the one-hour presentation, participate in a question and answer session.
