ArtStart offers Studio A for in person classes.
A full menu of art classes for youth, adults and families are offered in-person at the ArtScraps Store, at 1459 St. Clair Avenue, St Paul, MN 55105.
All art materials are provided and included in the cost of tuition.

Our popular poetry series continues! Come celebrate autumn at our cozy ArtScraps store with an evening of art, poetry, and light refreshments. Curated by Patrick Cabello Hansel, author of The Devouring Land, Quitting Time, and Breathing in Minneapolis.
Patrick has twice been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and was part of the Mentor Series for the Loft Literary Center.

Create a beautiful bespoke holiday ornament to give as a gift or decorate your home. In this beginning embroidery class, you will join artist Tara Fahey as she shows you some beginning stitches. Then, using ribbon, felt, and embroidery floss, make a keepsake worth displaying.

Holiday Cards

Hand-made greeting cards are often the most cherished. Explore your creative muse as you work with visual artist and poet Marie Olofsdotter to create a variety of greeting cards. Inspired by the season and nature, cards incorporate folding techniques, the pop-up process and collaging techniques. Then add another element that makes your card uniquely yours — your voice captured in lines of poetry generated with Marie. All materials provided.
